Meet Charlotte Djossou
ADVOCATE FOR SURVIVORS OF HARMFUL SYSTEMS
Charlotte Djossou served her community as a Washington, DC Metropolitan Police officer with integrity, professionalism, and a deep belief in justice. When confronted with misconduct and systemic failures within law enforcement, she made the courageous decision to speak up, choosing principle over protection and truth over silence.
Her experience as a whistleblower reshaped her life and clarified her purpose: to advocate for accountability, support those harmed by powerful institutions, and help others reclaim their voice after being silenced.
Today, Charlotte’s work extends far beyond the badge. She is the founder of Sow a Seed, host of This Ain’t That Podcast, and a trusted consultant for individuals navigating workplace trauma, retaliation, and institutional harm.
Her mission is clear: to expose harmful systems, empower survivors, and help people move forward with clarity, dignity, and strength.
“When Integrity Costs You Everything, Your Voice Matters More Than Ever.”
- Alice Walker
